Our Board
The Board currently has twelve members and meets four times a year in person.
Governance
The Bell Foundation is governed by a Board of Trustees which meets at least four times a year. The Bell Educational Trust Limited also wholly owns Bell Educational Services (Bell), its trading subsidiary.
The Board Chair is Radha Chakraborty. These vacancies have arisen due to Trustees completing their terms of office on the Board.
The Board has four Committees (listed below) each of which meet either three or four times a year primarily by Zoom.
- Asset Management Committee (Chair – Peter Roscrow, Nick Tesseyman, Alex Scott-Barrett, Daria Kuznetsova, Sarah Phillips).
- Audit and Risk Committee (Chair – Alex Scott-Barrett, Nick Tesseyman, Peter Roscrow and Reshard Auladin).
- Governance Committee (Chair – Reshard Auladin, Jan King, Toni Fazaeli, Radha Chakraborty).
- Programme Committee (Chair – Laura Reed, Jan King, Toni Fazaeli, David Hughes, Daria Kuznetsova).
As a new Trustee you would be expected to serve on up to two Committees according to your areas of expertise.
